Question 1

Is FlashVouchers free?

Accepted Answer

Yes. All public codes are free, and Premium membership is free too. You never pay to see or use a code.

Question 2

How do I use a coupon code?

Accepted Answer

Tap Show Code on the offer. The code copies automatically and the store opens in a new tab. Paste it into the coupon or promo code box at checkout, before you pay.

Question 3

Why is my coupon code not working?

Accepted Answer

Common reasons include minimum spend, excluded products, new-user eligibility, location, payment restrictions or expiry. Check the offer terms and the discount at checkout. If it still fails, report the code with the error message.

Question 4

How are offers checked?

Accepted Answer

Offers are researched from official merchant or bank sources. An official listing does not mean a code has been tested at checkout. Eligibility can vary by account, location, product and payment method. Confirm the discount before paying.

Question 5

Can I use a coupon code with a bank offer?

Accepted Answer

Often, yes. Many Indian stores let you add a coupon on top of a card or UPI offer, but some don't. The offer details on our cards say when stacking is allowed.

Question 6

How does FlashVouchers make money?

Accepted Answer

Some stores pay us a small commission when you shop through our links. You pay the same price either way.

Question 7

Can I share a coupon code with you?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Use the contact page and include the merchant's official offer link, code and terms where available. Do not send OTPs, passwords or payment details. Submissions need review before listing.

Question 8

Which stores are on FlashVouchers?

Accepted Answer

We cover popular Indian online stores across fashion, electronics, food delivery, travel, beauty and grocery, including Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Swiggy, Zomato, MakeMyTrip and Nykaa. We add new stores regularly.

Question 9

Do all stores have coupon codes?

Accepted Answer

Not all. Some stores rarely release public codes and give most of their discounts as bank offers or sale prices. We list those too, so you can see every way to save at each store.

Question 10

What if I can't find a store?

Accepted Answer

Use the search bar or browse by category. If the store still isn't listed, request it through our contact page and we'll look at adding it.

Question 11

What are FlashVouchers savings guides?

Accepted Answer

Short, practical guides from our deals team on sale dates, bank card offers and how to stack discounts at Indian online stores.

Question 12

How often are the guides updated?

Accepted Answer

Sale guides are updated as stores confirm dates and offers. Each guide notes when it was last updated.

Question 13

Can I suggest a topic for a guide?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Send it through our contact page and tell us which store or sale you'd like covered.

Question 14

How quickly do you reply?

Accepted Answer

Within 1–2 business days, faster for broken codes.

Question 15

Can you help with an order or refund?

Accepted Answer

We don't process orders. Please contact the store directly; we can help if the problem is with a code we listed.

Question 16

How can my brand get listed?

Accepted Answer

Email hello@flashvouchers.com with your website and affiliate network, if you have one.

Question 17

Are all listed codes tested at checkout?

Accepted Answer

Offers are researched from official merchant or bank sources. An official listing does not mean a code has been tested at checkout. Eligibility can vary by account, location, product and payment method. Confirm the discount before paying.

Question 18

Does an official-source listing mean a code is verified?

Accepted Answer

No. A merchant or bank publishing an offer confirms its source, but does not prove that it will apply to every shopper. Check the offer terms and confirm the discount at checkout.

Question 19

How often are codes re-checked?

Accepted Answer

Offers can change or be withdrawn before their stated end date. No daily testing schedule is guaranteed. Check the merchant's current terms and report an offer if it fails.

Question 20

What is FlashVouchers?

Accepted Answer

FlashVouchers is a free coupon and offers website for shoppers in India, with merchant offers, bank promotions and practical savings guides. Check each offer's terms and final checkout discount before paying.

Question 21

Do I need an account to use a code?

Accepted Answer

Public offers and codes can be viewed without signing in to FlashVouchers. A merchant may require its own account or membership to redeem an offer, so check the offer terms.

Question 22

Does FlashVouchers sell products?

Accepted Answer

No. We don't sell anything or process orders. When you tap an offer, you buy directly from the store, and the store handles payment, delivery, returns and refunds.

Question 23

Why does an offer say it's for new users only?

Accepted Answer

Many stores give their biggest discount on a first order or a first app order. If your account has ordered before, that code won't apply, so look for offers marked for existing users instead.

Question 24

Can I use two coupon codes on one order?

Accepted Answer

Many stores allow only one coupon per order. A bank or UPI offer can be combined only if both offers permit it and you meet all eligibility conditions. Some payment offers use the same coupon slot. Compare the final checkout price before paying.

Question 25

How do I report a code that didn't work?

Accepted Answer

Use the offer's report option or contact page. Include the store name, code, eligibility details and error message. Do not share passwords, OTPs or payment details.

Question 26

Is Premium really free?

Accepted Answer

Yes. There's no paid tier and we never ask for card details.

Question 27

How are Premium codes different from normal codes?

Accepted Answer

Premium codes are member-only offers that we list when a store makes one available to FlashVouchers members. Each one shows its terms and end date, just like a public offer. Where a store has no member-only offer, Premium members see the same public offers as everyone else.

Question 28

What do you do with my email?

Accepted Answer

We use it to send the alerts you choose and a weekly deals email, which you can turn off anytime. We don't sell your data. See our Privacy Policy.

Question 29

Can I unsubscribe from alerts but keep my account?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Manage every alert from your account settings.
